What has your IDP Council accomplished over the past year? How many meetings were held, what issues were discussed, what proposals were submitted, who did you work with, and what changes did you help achieve? Instead of gathering all this information from different meeting minutes, documents, and chats, use this report template.
The report template allows you to bring together the main results of the IDP Council’s work over the year, including information about its membership, meetings held, members’ participation in working groups and commissions, implementation of the annual work plan, and the exercise of the Council’s key powers and responsibilities.
You can fill in the report throughout the year or use the template at the end of the reporting period to organize the results of the Council’s work. You do not have to limit yourself to figures alone. Use the relevant sections to briefly describe what the Council did and what results it achieved.
