The Charity Foundation “Stabilization Support Services”, with the support of the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) in Ukraine, has developed an educational video course (educational series) for IDP Councils and everyone working in the civil society sector. Anyone who completes the course can enter a draw to win a book gift certificate worth 1,000 UAH.
The course “IDP Councils: From Adaptation to Influence” is available on the Diia.Education platform. It is a free video course designed primarily for those already working in an IDP Council or planning to join one. Across eight episodes, experts explore all aspects of IDP Councils’ work — from legal foundations to practical tools for influencing local policy. You’ll learn about the structure and powers of the Councils, how to work with partners, design and monitor local programs, plan strategically, and communicate effectively.
To enter the book certificate draw, you need to:
- Take the video course via the provided link.
- Successfully pass the final test and download your certificate.
- Fill out a short form.
- Follow the Stabilization Support Services Facebook page and comment under the giveaway post, sharing your favorite episode or the most valuable insight from the course.
Two winners will be randomly selected on Monday, July 7, at 3:00 p.m. from those who meet all the conditions. As a pleasant bonus for their engagement and commitment to personal growth, they will receive book certificates.
This initiative aims not only to raise public awareness about the work of IDP Councils but also to encourage further self-development and leadership in communities.
The educational series was created by the Charitable Organization “Charity Foundation ‘Stabilization Support Services'” with the support of the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) in Ukraine for the Diia.Education platform.
