Residents of the Bakhmut City Territorial Hromada are informed that the types and amounts of financial assistance provided from the hromada budget have been updated.
On 9 January 2026, a new Regulation on the Provision of Financial Assistance to Certain Categories of Hromada Residents was approved by an order of the Head of the Bakhmut City Military Administration. The application process started on 14 January 2026.
Detailed information on eligibility criteria and the list of required documents is available via the official link. The application form is unified and applies to all types of financial assistance.
Please note that submission of an incomplete set of documents is grounds for refusal to grant financial assistance, according to information published by the Bakhmut City Council on its Facebook page.
