The platform “Prykhystok. Robota” brings together employment, housing, and training opportunities for internally displaced people (IDPs). It is designed to support their integration into host hromadas and strengthen their economic participation. This was reported on the website of the Ministry of Social Policy, Family and Unity of Ukraine.
The platform was created to assist IDPs in finding both work and accommodation — key conditions for rebuilding a stable life in a new location. The initiative aims to enhance the economic resilience of displaced women and men and encourage their active involvement in community life.
The project is implemented with the support of state institutions in cooperation with partners, including the State Employment Service of Ukraine, which provides access to job vacancies and career counseling for job seekers.
Currently, the online platform features more than 100,000 job vacancies. It offers positions with accommodation options, retraining and education programs, and modern job search tools powered by artificial intelligence.
