The formation of a new composition of the Council on Internally Displaced Persons under the Konotop Raion State Administration has begun in Konotop Raion. Internally displaced persons (IDPs), as well as representatives of organizations working in the field of IDP rights protection, are invited to apply.
Following the expiration of the term of the current composition of the Council on Internally Displaced Persons under the Konotop Raion State Administration, the renewal process has officially started.
The Konotop Raion State Administration encourages active and engaged individuals to join the Council’s work and contribute to shaping and implementing regional policy on the protection of IDP rights. Applications are primarily expected from IDPs aged 18 and above who are registered within the jurisdiction of the raion state administration. Representatives of civil society organizations and charitable foundations engaged in supporting and protecting IDP rights are also eligible to apply.
To participate, candidates must submit a package of documents in paper form, including:
- an application (in free form);
- a copy of an identity document confirming Ukrainian citizenship;
- a copy of an education certificate/diploma;
- a motivation letter;
- a contact phone number and email address (if available);
- a certificate of IDP registration;
- for organization representatives — a letter from the respective NGO or charitable organization describing its activities in the field of IDP support and recommending the candidate.
Selection criteria include motivation to work on a voluntary basis, active civic engagement, experience in implementing initiatives or projects related to IDP protection, and concrete proposals for contributing to the work of the Council on Internally Displaced Persons.
Applications are accepted until April 17, 2026, at the Department of Social Protection of the Konotop Raion State Administration or via email: info05@dszn.sm.gov.ua.
