The competitive selection for membership in the Youth Council under the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine is open until 28 January

The Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine has announced a competitive selection to form the Youth Council under the Ministry.

The Youth Council will include 33 young representatives from various sectors, including:

  • 6 representatives of civil society institutions;
  • 15 members of youth consultative and advisory bodies at the regional and local levels;
  • 4 representatives of IDP Councils operating under the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, regional, Kyiv and Sevastopol city, district state (military) administrations, and local self-government bodies;
  • 8 representatives of institutions and enterprises working in the fields of road, rail, maritime and inland water transport, postal services, tourism and resorts, construction and urban improvement, and housing and communal services.

Applicants may submit documents under only one category.

The application deadline is 11:59 p.m. on 28 January 2026.

The Youth Council under the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine was established to engage young people in the development and implementation of public policy, contribute to the preparation of decisions and Ministry initiatives, conduct consultations, and develop proposals and recommendations. The Council also promotes dialogue between young people, civil society, and the Ministry, supports the exchange of experience, and encourages the introduction of innovative approaches in the Ministry’s work.
