Internally displaced persons, women entrepreneurs, and veterans* can receive up to €8,000 to develop or restore their businesses under the “Moving Forward: Grants and Consulting for Microenterprises” program. The initiative is implemented with funding from the Government of Germany by the German company GIZ through the National Development Institution in cooperation with JSC “Oschadbank”.
The program is aimed at supporting microenterprises in regions most affected by the war. Entrepreneurs from Sumska, Khersonska, Kharkivska, Zaporizka, Dnipropetrovska, Mykolaivska, and Odeska oblasts are eligible to apply.
The program supports:
- energy-efficient investments;
- replacement or repair of damaged equipment;
- purchase of raw materials and supplies;
- marketing services for business development;
- consulting support and business mentoring.
Participants can also join training workshops on finance, marketing, management, digitalization, legal, and accounting issues.
The maximum grant amount is €8,000.
Applications are open until June 11, 2026.
