
IDP Councils should be visible and well-understood in their communities in order to effectively represent the interests and protect the rights of internally displaced persons. To achieve this, it is important to present their work clearly, build transparent communication, and strengthen trust in the Council.
For this reason, webinars for IDP Councils on the topic “Effective Public Communication for IDP Councils” will be held within the “United Voices in Action” program.
When: October 15–30, at 15:00 (you can choose a convenient date during registration).
Where: Online (Zoom platform).
How to join: Fill in the registration form by October 13 and wait for an email with the meeting link (please also check your Spam folder).
Duration: 2.5 hours.
The webinars will cover the following topics:
- basics and principles of public communication;
- communication channels: media, social networks, official websites;
- personal data protection and work with sensitive topics;
- digital tools and communication planning;
- practical exercises and group work;
- short guidelines and recommendations.
Only registered participants will receive the video recording of the webinar.
