The Third All-Ukrainian Forum of IDP Councils will take place in Kyiv on November 14–15, 2025. This annual event brings together representatives of IDP Councils, local and national authorities, as well as international and national organizations. The Forum aims to exchange experience, strengthen the capacity of the Councils, develop local democracy, and amplify the voice of internally displaced people in communities.
The program includes panel discussions, interactive sessions, workshops, masterclasses, the national award ceremony, an IDP business fair, and plenty of networking opportunities.
Participants will discuss the main trends in internal displacement and ways to respond to its challenges. The agenda will also cover topics such as promoting IDP integration into community life, influencing local budgets, and effectively advocating for the needs of displaced people. Special attention will be paid to public communication of the IDP Councils, maintaining their relevance, developing partnerships, and strengthening their impact on community recovery processes.
Practical sessions will help participants learn how to prepare a business plan for a grant, attract resources for implementing their ideas, and turn IDP Council initiatives into sustainable solutions.

The IDP Councils Forums, launched by the Charitable Organization “Charity Foundation “Stabilization Support Services” in 2022, have become a platform for dialogue, partnership, and joint decision-making that shapes integration and community development policies across Ukraine.
The main goal of the Forums is to strengthen the capacity of the Councils, exchange experience, coordinate approaches to IDP integration into communities, and contribute to national policy development.
