Housing for IDPs aged 60+ is an opportunity for internally displaced people aged 60 and over from the Siverskodonetsk community, Luhanska Oblast, to obtain a preferential long-term housing loan. The Siverskodonetsk City Military Administration is accepting documents for participation in the programme until 28 August inclusive.
Previously submitted applications remain valid. If an applicant has not won in previous draws, their application remains active and continues to have a chance of being selected for a loan.
What documents are required
To apply, applicants need to prepare:
- an application for the intention to obtain a loan together with the questionnaire — completed by the applicant;
- a consent form for the processing of personal data — completed by all adult family members;
- copies of the passports of the applicant and their family members. For a paper passport, copies of all completed pages are required. For an ID card, a copy of the document together with the supplementary certificate or an extract from the Territorial Community Register is required. For children, copies of birth certificates should be provided;
- copies of the taxpayer identification numbers of the applicant and their family members;
- copies of the IDP certificates of the applicant and their family members;
- copies of documents confirming family relationships, including a marriage certificate.
Important: all copies of documents must be properly certified. Each page must include the wording “Certified as a true copy”, the date, signature, surname and initials.
How to submit the documents
The application for the intention to obtain a loan and the questionnaire can be submitted to the Siverskodonetsk City Military Administration in one of three ways:
