On February 21–22, 2026, a two-day hackathon, Hack4Inclusion, will take place in Lviv for representatives of Drohobychska, Boryslavska, and Novorozdilska hromadas. Participants will work on practical solutions aimed at strengthening economic resilience and supporting the integration of IDPs and people from other vulnerable groups.
The event seeks to unite proactive members of hromadas around developing sustainable employment models and expanding economic opportunities for IDPs, veterans*, persons with disabilities, and youth.
The hackathon is implemented within the project “Piloting Community-Level Solutions for Socio-Economic Reintegration in Lviv Region.” Implementation is carried out by SiLab Ukraine on behalf of the Government of Germany under the project “REYOIN — Promoting the Socio-Economic Integration of Ukrainians Returning from Abroad, Internally Displaced Persons, and Host Communities,” implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
Initiative groups from Drohobychska, Boryslavska, and Novorozdilska hromadas are invited to participate, including representatives of local authorities, civil society and charitable organizations, businesses, the social and education sectors, as well as activists, volunteers, internally displaced persons, veterans, and youth leaders. The formation of cross-sectoral teams is strongly encouraged.
