Women entrepreneurs, including internally displaced persons (IDPs), can receive up to UAH 50,000 to create or upgrade summer outdoor areas for food service establishments. This mini-grant competition, organized by the Charity Foundation “Women’s Opportunities in Ukraine,” focuses on frontline regions and aims to support the recovery of local economies and jobs.
Grant funds may be used only for summer outdoor areas: setup, launch, or improvement.
Eligible applicants are Ukrainian women, including IDPs, spouses of service members, family members of fallen defenders, women with disabilities, and women affected by the war.
Applicants must reside in Ukraine, operate a business for at least 3 months or have relocated it after February 24, 2022, be registered as sole proprietors (FOP), work in the food service sector (cafés, bakeries, fast food, and similar formats), and require support to set up or expand a summer outdoor area.
Grant size and conditions: each entrepreneur may apply for up to UAH 50,000. The total competition budget is UAH 455,000. Selection criteria include: наличие employees (as an advantage), potential to create or retain jobs, and impact on community development.
The competition covers the following frontline regions: Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Sumy, and Chernihiv regions.
Application deadline: May 18, 2026 (inclusive). The results will be published on the information platforms of the Charity Foundation “Women’s Opportunities in Ukraine” in May 2026. All applicants will receive notifications of the results via email.
