Representatives of civil society organisations, youth councils and other civic initiatives, students, cultural managers, social entrepreneurs, and other active women are invited to join the free Leadership School for Young Women in the Field of European Integration. Participants will have an opportunity to strengthen their leadership skills, gain new knowledge about European values, and learn how to turn ideas into community-focused projects. Applications are open until 20 June 2026.
Strengthening women’s participation in community development is an important component of Ukraine’s democratic transformation and European integration. To support this goal, the Charity Foundation “Social Resources and Initiatives”, in partnership with KWB Koordinierungsstelle Weiterbildung und Beschäftigung e. V. and with the support of the German Federal Foreign Office, is implementing the project “Leadership School for Young Women in the Field of European Integration”.
The programme will be particularly useful for active women, including members of IDP Councils, volunteers, civic activists, representatives of youth councils and charitable organisations, as well as anyone seeking to play a more active role in community life.
Throughout the programme, participants will develop leadership, communication, and project management skills, deepen their understanding of Ukraine’s European integration process, and gain practical tools for implementing community initiatives. Special attention will be paid to building a network of like-minded women and supporting those who seek to drive positive change at the local level.
Participation in the School is free of charge; however, the number of places is limited. Organisers invite women aged 18–40 from Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast, Dnipro and Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, and Chernivtsi and Chernivtsi Oblast to apply.
