An interactive tool is now operating in Ukraine, bringing together grants, training opportunities, and professional events. The map helps communities and businesses identify opportunities for development and recovery, as well as contribute to sharing new ones.
In the context of national recovery and strengthening local capacities, access to resources is becoming increasingly important. To address this need, in March 2025 the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine launched an interactive resource map for community and business development.
The online platform systematizes актуal opportunities for various target audiences — from local self-government bodies to civil society organizations, initiatives of internally displaced persons, and entrepreneurs. The map features grant programs (both national and international), educational opportunities (training, internships), and professional events (conferences, study visits, etc.).
The tool provides practical value for different groups. For communities, it serves as an additional resource for development planning and attracting funding. For IDP Councils, it offers an opportunity to integrate the initiatives of displaced persons into local programs and strengthen their participation in community life. For businesses, it provides access to relevant support programs within specific regions. Donors, in turn, can more effectively identify partners and analyze the coverage of assistance.
Importantly, the map also enables users to share opportunities. Representatives of local self-government bodies, civil society organizations, businesses, international projects, and analytical centers can independently add grants, events, or calls for proposals. This enhances the visibility of initiatives and fosters partnerships at the community level.
The map is available on the website of the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine.
The international technical assistance project “Recovery for All” (RFA) is funded by the Government of Canada and implemented by Alinea International.
