Are you preparing an IDP Council meeting and not sure how to properly structure the agenda? This document provides an example of how the agenda for a meeting of the IDP Council under the Ternopil Regional Military Administration is structured. It includes the date and format of the meeting, the chairperson, Council members, agenda items, and speakers.
You can use it as a starting point when preparing your own meeting: identify the key issues that need to be discussed, indicate the speakers, and inform Council members in advance about the topics to be considered.
At the same time, the agenda should be tailored to the current needs of your community and the work of your IDP Council. Include issues that require discussion and decisions, as well as those that may require the preparation of recommendations or further action.
