In January–February, pension payments were suspended for some internally displaced people. The Charity Foundation Stabilization Support Services has prepared an explainer outlining the reasons behind this situation and providing step-by-step recommendations on how to restore payments.
Browse the cards to learn:
- how to complete identification procedures;
- how to report that you do not receive a pension from the Russian Federation;
- how to submit an application to transfer pension payments to a new place of residence after leaving temporarily occupied territories (TOT).
Important: even if your pension payments have already been reinstated, make sure you have fulfilled all the requirements listed in the cards. The current reinstatement is valid only until 1 April 2026 (inclusive of 31 March 2026). After this date, the Pension Fund of Ukraine may suspend payments again if it does not have confirmation of identification, proof that you do not receive a pension from the Russian Federation, or updated information about your new pension payment address.
