Women aged 18 and over are invited to join the free “Dream. Implement. Achieve” project. The initiative will help participants develop skills for employment, starting their own business, or pursuing self-employment.
The Charitable Organization “Convictus Ukraine” is implementing the programme in Chernihiv for women who are looking for professional changes, seeking employment, or have an idea for their own business. Participants will gain new knowledge and identify the next steps toward professional development and economic independence.
The programme is designed for women who are currently unemployed or have part-time or seasonal employment, are ready for change, and can dedicate time to training. Women who already have a business idea or would like to explore self-employment are also welcome to participate.
What does the programme offer?
Participants will have the opportunity to take part in several practical training activities free of charge:
- a two-day “Express Workshop of Opportunities” training;
- a one-day training focused on developing job-search and employment skills;
- a two-day training on the basics of starting a business or becoming self-employed;
- an opportunity, through a competitive selection process, to receive financial support for purchasing equipment or taking training courses.
Applications are open until September 25, 2026.
To participate, please fill out the registration form.
