Residents of Kyiv and Kyivska Oblast who have been affected by the war or are in vulnerable situations are invited to apply for the GROW (Guidance in Resources, Opportunities and Work) project.
The project helps people find employment, change their profession, or improve their qualifications. Participants can attend short-term vocational training courses (up to three months) and receive a grant to cover the training costs.
Participants may receive:
- a grant of up to UAH 36,000 (before taxes) for vocational training or retraining;
- career guidance and employment counselling;
- support with job searching;
- an opportunity to improve their skills through workplace-based training.
To apply, applicants must complete the online Google registration form.
The project is open to IDPs, people who are registered in or previously lived in areas affected by hostilities or under temporary occupation, large families (with three or more children), veterans and their family members (first-line relatives), and low-income households with an average monthly income of less than UAH 8,422 per person.
Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee participation in the project or the receipt of grant support. Applicants will be selected according to the project’s eligibility criteria.
Applications will be reviewed until the available funding is exhausted.
