A three-day training course, “Tochka Startu” (Starting Point), will take place in Uzhhorod on August 21–23 for young people aged 18–30 from vulnerable groups. Participants will gain practical knowledge of entrepreneurship, develop their own business plans, and, after completing the training, submit them to a microgrant competition.
The programme is open, in particular, to young internally displaced people, veterans and their family members, young people facing difficult life circumstances, people with disabilities, and representatives of other vulnerable groups.
What the training includes
Over three days, participants will work on their own business ideas together with experts. The programme will cover:
- developing and testing business ideas;
- market and target audience analysis;
- marketing and sales;
- financial planning;
- legal aspects of running a business;
- preparing a business plan.
Who can participate
The programme is suitable both for those who are just planning to start their own business and for young entrepreneurs who are already running a small business.
The training is open to people aged 18–30 from Zakarpattia who have a business idea or would like to start or develop their own business.
Participation in the training is free of charge, but applicants will be selected through a competitive process. Accommodation and meals will be provided for selected participants for the duration of the training.
After completing the training, participants will be able to submit their business plans to a microgrant competition and receive financial support to launch or develop their own business.
