Financial assistance for IDPs in Odeska Oblast — up to UAH 78,000 to start or develop their own business. Internally displaced people can apply for targeted charitable financial assistance under the “Stable Income – Stable Housing” programme until 30 September 2026.
The Depaul Ukraine Charitable Foundation has opened registration for targeted charitable financial assistance under the “Stable Income – Stable Housing” programme.
The programme is designed to support people from vulnerable groups who live in Odesa and Odesa District and seek to restore or strengthen their livelihoods through self-employment, starting a business, or developing an existing one. Internally displaced people will be given priority during the selection process.
What Can the Financial Assistance Be Used For?
The programme provides targeted charitable financial assistance of up to UAH 78,000.
The funds can be used for:
- purchasing production and work equipment, machinery, or tools to start or develop a business;
- paying for equipment installation and connection services;
- purchasing consumables — up to 20% of the total assistance budget.
Who Can Apply?
Applicants must meet the programme’s main eligibility criteria:
- live or stay in Odesa or Odesa District;
- have an existing business or a planned business that will operate in Odeska Oblast;
- be registered as an individual entrepreneur (FOP) at the time of application;
- belong to one of the specified vulnerable groups.
Application deadline: 30 September 2026.
